Terms of Service

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in without a legal guardian. Room rates are subject to local taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated. Confirmation of your stay is subject to availability and the hotel reserves the right to refuse service based on occupancy limits or safety protocols.

Standard check-in time begins at 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Failure to check out by the designated time may result in additional charges equivalent to a half-day or full-day room rate.

Guests are expected to maintain a respectful atmosphere for others. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Joyfulday is a non-smoking facility; smoking in rooms or unauthorized areas will result in a significant cleaning fee added to the guest's folio.

We value your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For the safety of all guests and staff, common areas are monitored by CCTV. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in rooms or vehicles; guests are encouraged to use the provided in-room safes for high-value items. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
